Who can use Nexelife

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must not have been banned from Nexelife before.
• You must be allowed to use a service like this where you live.
• You may hold one account. Information you give us must be true, and your profile photo and selfie must be of you.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and login code private. Guest accounts are temporary and cannot be recovered after logging out. Tell us at info@nexelife.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Tokens

• Sending private messages and photos uses tokens. The cost is shown before you send. Receiving messages, likes, matches, group chats and calls are free.
• You can get tokens as a sign-up bonus, an invite bonus, or by asking for them with a token request, which we approve or decline at our discretion. Buying tokens is not available yet; if we add it, the price will be shown before you pay. Bonus tokens may be changed or withdrawn for new sign-ups at any time.
• Tokens are a licence to use features of Nexelife. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are lost if your account is deleted or banned.
• Tokens used on a message are not refunded if the message is later deleted.
• If buying tokens becomes available, purchases are final, except where a payment failed or was charged twice, or where the law requires a refund. Contact us and we will resolve it with our payment processor.
• We may change prices and token costs; changes apply to future purchases and messages, and current costs are always shown in the app.

Invite rewards

Invite rewards are for inviting real people. Creating accounts to collect rewards, or any other abuse of the invite programme, may lead to rewards being removed and the account being banned. Rewards are limited per person.

What is not allowed

• Anything involving minors in a sexual or exploitative way. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
• Sharing intimate images of anyone without their consent, or threatening to.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, stalking or bullying.
• Scams, asking for money, gifts or crypto, and promoting investment schemes.
• Impersonating someone, or using photos that are not of you.
• Spam, bots, automated messaging, scraping, or mass-messaging people (other than our own clearly labelled Nexelife Host and AI friends).
• Prostitution, escort services or any commercial sexual activity.
• Advertising, selling or recruiting without our permission.
• Anything illegal where you or the other person live.
• Trying to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a limited licence to store, display and transmit it so the service works, for example to deliver your messages. You confirm you have the right to share what you post. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Safety and moderation

Anyone can block or report another member. We may warn, suspend or ban accounts, remove content, and end connections when we believe the rules were broken or someone is at risk, and we may share information with the police where the law requires it or to protect someone from serious harm. We do not run criminal background checks, and verification does not guarantee anyone's identity or intentions. Take care when meeting people; see our safety tips.

Group rooms and private groups

Public rooms can be read by anyone who opens them. Private groups are visible to their members; the person who creates a group is responsible for running it fairly, can add people they chat with, and can remove members from the group or from a group call. Groups Nexelife runs are joined by asking: any member can accept or decline a request, and someone who was declined can ask again after a day. Group calls hold up to 6 people. We may close any group that breaks these terms.

Third-party offers

Offers shown in Nexelife link to other companies. We are not responsible for their products, services, prices or websites.

Availability

We work hard to keep Nexelife running, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or stop features.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Nexelife is not liable for the conduct of other members, online or offline, or for indirect losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from the Me tab. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as tokens having no cash value, and liability) continue after your account ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will update the date above and tell you in the app. Continuing to use Nexelife after changes means you accept them.
